I had a Mac computer that broke down while I was with an Apple technical assistant over the phone. I lost all my files and data. Apple couldn’t help. I took it into london to a data recovery company and they gave me a quote of £500 with no guarantee. So I ended up not using it for ten years. I heard from a friend last year that this company has helped to retrieve her old laptop at a decent price. At this point I had also forgotten my login password and again after a few tries with apple they had let me down and not managed to help at all but offered to pay me £50 and recycle it. After taking it to the business owner Raj. He had not only been great at introducing himself and listening to my story but he also managed to give my iMac back to with a latest fastest drive running on it and now me and my 9 year Son are using a top of a range computer at home which was fixed and reused at a small cost. Not only that I had all my data back but all photos and family recording that was so precious to me. I was very impressed to learn that Raj also looks after his customers. I had a call from him a week later and he asked for my feedback and he has been more that supportive so I then decided to take a Sony laptop to him that was previously owned by my husband and I had tried to use it but it was slow and the mouse pad wasn’t working. Again I was impressed that he handed back to me with latest, fastest version of Desktop installed on it. I have always supported the idea of reusing an object that either had a sentimental value or can be fixed to be perfectly used like a brand new one. I certainly felt that I somehow helped to save the planet by not having them thrown out but managed to used them for myself and my two kids who had always use an iPad and had now needed to use a real keyboard. I do recommend Analogic Computers as your first and last stop to get help and fix your computers. These ginormous brands like apple only care to sell you more and they really don’t want to have a cost on their hands for fixing your broken devices. Thank you for reading my long review!
