Bought an Ancheer Ebike from their Czech republic shop with free delivery to the UK in 3-7 working days. Unfortunately when I made my ordered it was sold out with a back order time of approximately 4 weeks, not a problem, they offered me an alternative model if I wanted but I stuck with my original choice. For my inconvenience the refunded me 50 euro as compensation. When my bike was back in stock it was delivered with full tracking as promised and excellent communications from Ancheer customer service.As for the bike, it is what it is for the low purchase price, runs well and for a minimal cost I upgraded a couple of components that really were not up to the job I am using it for. It is now as good as a bike at least twice the price. What I would say is that when you are building it check that all nuts and bolts around the bike are tightened and adjusted as appropriate.
