I would like to respond to Ancienne monde. I have been in constant contact with your customer services as well as the service centre where my parcel has supposedly been over the last three months. It is not there and apparently you are taking control of the matter which you are clearly not because nothing has been done do you expect me to wait forever? I expect a full refund. I have never received the item and I have paid in full. But for some reason you still won’t refund me even though the item has never been in my hands.
