My experience wasn't great, but it's due to the natural product, not the service. I ordered a 50g pot of Shilajit, which I've used for over 10 years, but this was my first time with this brand. When it arrived, I was surprised by its consistency; it was very soft and melted in seconds, with a taste that was quite different. I believe this was just an unusual batch. I will use it, but it's not what I'm accustomed to. It's not the company's fault; I understand that all Shilajit is processed. Hence, I give it 5 stars, but be aware that variations can occur.
