If you select free shipping, several weeks may pass by without receiving your order, and you may not even receive a tracking number that will help you determine the status of your order. The company does not have a phone number for you to call, only an email address, and any response from them will not actually help you. They may only express their hope that your order will arrive soon. So, I highly recommend paying for shipping, so you will have an actual tracking number. When I finally received my order 16 days after placing it, the products were hot to the touch and I don't even know if they are still good to use on my face.
