Terrible experience. Returned some (not all) items and cannot seem to get a refund nor a commitment when I will. Parcel tracking shows garments were received. Contacted andAndrea (Andrea the owner) on instagram and she said she doesn’t deal with refunds and can’t help me. I’m left emailing over and over. Time I think to lodge a PayPal dispute. Clothes are nice, sizing a bit hit and miss but sad to say TERRIBLE customer service.
