Their website claims that international shipping to the US takes 10-21 days, but my order has been held up at customs for over a month. It is Feb 14 as i'm writing, i placed my order Jan 7, and still it is not here. Not only this, but they only sent HALF MY ORDER because they were worried about issues with customs, so they are clearly lying about the 10-21 days because they know their products get held up at customs longer than that. I have been in contact with them, and I have asked REPEATEDLY for them to simply send the second half NOW, so that I do not have to wait until the first shipment arrives for them to send the second shipment. I paid them for a product and they are REFUSING to send it. Do not trust these people. Edit: they commented on this post, and THEN emailed me a "solution" which I did not accept. They offered half a refund, however they did not offer to refund half the shipping (which was an extra 33% of the bill, what I paid for was 150$USD~ and shipping was an extra 45$USD~). I have asked now FOUR TIMES for them to send the second package and even in the "solution" email they are trying to dodge sending me what I paid for. edit 2: They have commented here, and yet they have not responded to my email response in the last 8 days. I told them to send the other shipment and I got no response.
