I ordered 5 doors from Andersons ltd. Unfortunately The quality was very poor they had come straight from the supplier. I got in touch with a young fellow at Anderson called kris whitelaw who went above and beyond to solve the problem to the extent he came to my home to look at the doors and took photos. All this was done in his own time after his days work. Kris got the doors sorted and they are going to replace them for us. The man is an absolute credit to The company. Well done .
