I would heavily warn anyone against using Anderson’s services. The work was contracted to finish in 5 weeks' time, it begun in January, and this is the 5th month in which our home is still a construction site! They have installed multiple malfunctioning items and when this was brought to their attention it was a hassle to resolve. The poor workmanship has resulted in uneven, incomplete, chipped flooring. They have taken incorrect measurements countless times which led to unlevelled flooring and required us to have a new front door replaced. Despite assuring us they will handle the matter they are currently pressuring us to accept a sub-quality ill-fitting front door, which will create a safety hazard. They are not taking ownership of their faults.They’ve not only been incredibly rude to deal with and are purposefully delaying their work, they have also been harassing us for payment for unfinished, shoddy work. Despite putting the work on hold for multiple weeks their workmen have shown up at the house delivering letters and parking outside the house making us feel unsafe in our own home.What’s the most worrying is that the house is a safety hazard and has been since January. There is loose, sharp tiling all over the entrance and exposed wires as well as the downstairs bathroom being unusable.We want the job over and done with. The amount stress we’ve had to go through emailing them back and forth is simply abhorrent and yet there is no outcome. It has been an incredibly long and frustrating arduous ordeal!
