Well we have now had a good response from Andersons. Kenny, our fitter has attended and all things sorted out to a good standard (thanks Kenny).It seems that we may have fell between the cracks as our designer left Andersons and it seems that we may have been 'lost in the system'. Having said that, the four star is mainly for the work carried out by Kenny in a timely manner, I do think the Andersons treatment of its customers leaves a lot to be desired!Would I use Andersons again, No!
