"There's a future version of me who is proud I was strong enough." This is the Metabolic Warrior motto and I cannot say enough how powerful this message is. For anyone who has struggled for answers and has tried everything....longing for the person they know they once were to step out of the shell that they are hidden inside of.....THIS IS FOR YOU. No "diet", no pills, no shots....just you and the grocery store and/or farmer's market. I have battled gastro issues, excessive food intolerances, food allergies, cardio exercise issues, and poor labwork while eating "healthy" for over 35 years. I started my Warrior journey with Round 1 on Sept 1st of this year. I have completed it and look forward to Round 2 that I will begin after the holidays and a birthday trip in January. My mindset is positive and any "living life" during the holidays may potentially reverse some of my amazing results, but I am not afraid, nor will I beat myself up. I know how to manage "how to eat" vs diet. I have learned to what I have coined "eating to live" vs "living to eat". This warrior has trusted the program. This warrior is so proud of herself for investing in herself even when financially it was the poorest timing. This was an investment in the future me who has already begun to emerge in just over 2 months! Down nearly 30#, down many inches, barely a change in muscle mass, zero gastro issues, inflammation down, feeling healthy, labwork that is the best in over 20 years....the non-scale victories are far too many to list. I am so very, very grateful to Andrew, his wonderful team, and the program that can be "THE answer" as long as you are committed to your future you. You, too, can feel like a new person from the inside out. This program goes way beyond how and when to eat. Andrew ensures that you understand the science behind how everything impacts your body and how to manage mindset, stress, detoxing, cravings....the list goes on. You are empowered with the knowledge you need for the rest of your life to build and maintain the best YOU that you can be. I am eternally grateful to Andrew and his team for the gift of this new life and all the opportunities that may never have become a reality if I had not overcome my fear of one more program that won't work or fear of investing in me. I felt this was going to be different. I am glad I trusted my instincts and went "all in". Goodbye to the frustrated me. Goodbye to the person longing for answers.
