I'm so glad I found this program. I've struggled with my weight for almost 40 years. I have severe arthritis in my right hip, spinal stenosis which causes nerve pain down my legs and have been in a lot of pain for the last 6 years. I don't remember my start date on this program, but it's been probably about 4 or 5 months now. The first thing I noticed in the first two weeks of starting is that my pain level had decreased. I'm currently at a 54 lb weight decrease. I still have 100 lbs to go. My pain level remains low. I'm fitting into clothes that I haven't been able to wear for years. It's easier for me to move and do my physical therapy. I've tried so many other programs, had 2 weight loss coaches and none were successful. The information available here is so enlightening. The support is always available. My questions are always answered quickly. I still have a way to go, but it hasn't been a struggle to follow the plan. I feel like I'm getting younger. I highly recommend this to everyone who wants to get healthy and drop excess weight at the same time.
