I have done very well on this program and I appreciate having a coach to help. I have learned to cook much better then when I started and enjoy eating foods that make me feel satisfied, but for once don't add up on the scale. I felt that, before I started this program, every morsel I ate added to my weight. It must be working on my metabolism, because I can now eat 3 meals and not gain weight just looking at food. I've lost 36 pounds and finally have energy and my hips don't hurt every morning!!! Win, win, win!
