We have used them twice now and the service is superb. Then whole process is so easy for the initial instructions to the finally report. Professional friendly staff on the phone and you own account to follow the process all the way through. The report itself led is very detailed and the images taken were excellent and better than the sales details and useful to work with for planning the move. I highly recommend the company who take the stress out of this part of the purchase process. A simple summary call on the day of the survey eases any concerns you may have.
Communication has been good from start to finish. We received a thorough Survey Report, the were things we weren’t sure of so we had a follow up phone call with Andrew to run through everything which has been extremely helpful and cleared up our questions.
