Okay, so I have been putting off writing this review in hopes someone would get back to my emails and it wasn’t what it looked like…being ignored because I didn’t buy anything. I’ll start off with the good stuff, I won an experience and decided to take a friend with me. The day was fantastic, we were both made to feel great! The care we got from the moment we walked in the door until we left was great. We felt empowered and felt like we had been really treated for the day which is quite unusual for us. The make up artist and the photographer were both incredible and did such a good job.I knew there would be a hard sell after reading all the reviews, that came and I explained I wasn’t willing to spend that type of money there and then I wanted to speak to my partner but thank you for a great time and I’d decide over the next 24 hours. I missed a call from the studio as I was travelling home after doing the night stop over to attend the viewing at the studio. I emailed and said thank you for such a great experience but I can’t justify the cost and could I have my deposit back please, I got no response. Six days later I emailed again and asked if someone could respond to my first email, again nothing. I 100% understand that a company has to make money but this just leaves a bit of a nasty taste.
