I purchased two pairs of trainers in the sale. Lovely trainers but the sizes run far too small (maybe two sizes). An issue that I have not had with other brands. I received a lovely reply from customer service when I gave them the feedback but after paying a delivery charge of £4.95 then having to pay £7.95 to return them due to this issue no amount of kind words can compensate for my disappointment. To then receive an email asking to review (also asking about sizing) was even more frustrating. Charging for returns for a "sizing issue" is very poor and has stopped me from reordering at full price. Especially after spending my hard earned money for the fun of it.
