I ordered some shoes from Italy and wanted to return them because the purchase was not confirmed by me but accidentally confirmed just when I was trying a discount code on the checkout page, but never clicked on "Pay now". They don't provide free return and couriers and postal office have instructed me that if I don't provide a custom code (never given to me), the shoes will be held somewhere in Milan.This shipping will cost over 30€ (again, to have the shoes blocked in Milan and I live 2 hours flight from there). I had an exchange of emails within the contact page and she seems to be a robot rather than a person (although I can't be sure) and this is generally the worst experience I ever had. Now the 30 days return is about to expire and probably they will disallow the return. I wonder how this could get worse.
