I love the clothes from these guys, but the sizing can be erratic and the returns policy is honestly not what I expect from a company charging this much for their clothes.
I got stung recently by both of these problems by ordering a pair of trousers in a second colour, because I loved the first pair so much. I ordered them in the same size, and put them straight in the drawer with the labels intact. Less than 3 weeks later, I went to put them on and despite ordering the same size as the previous pair, this second pair comes up significantly smaller. Unfortunately, the returns policy is only 14 days! In 2026, I think when you're paying £180 for a pair of trousers, a 30 day returns policy is the bare minimum, surely?
To be clear, I own close to 10 items from this company, so clearly I'm happy with their products, but this kind of experience really makes me think twice about any continued loyalty.
