I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with AndSons due to their practice of automatically deducting payments from my credit card without prior notification, and their subsequent refusal to issue a refund.As a customer, I expect clear communication and consent regarding any recurring charges. AndSons failed to provide adequate notice before initiating these automatic deductions, which I consider to be an unethical business practice. Discovering unapproved charges on my statement was both frustrating and concerning.To make matters worse, when I contacted AndSons to address this issue and request a refund for the unauthorised charges, my request was denied. This lack of customer support and unwillingness to rectify their error is unacceptable. Businesses should be transparent about their billing policies and responsive to legitimate customer concerns, neither of which I experienced with AndSons.This experience has significantly eroded my trust in AndSons, and I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and carefully review their terms and conditions, especially regarding payment and subscription models.
