There was a slight problem with my browser not moving past the secure payment's confirmation page, so I emailed Andy to check whether it had gone through or not. Even though I'd ordered late on Saturday night, he replied on Sunday morning, confirming the payment had cleared. He kept me updated on the processing and posting, and the leads arrived on the Wednesday. Highly recommended.
