Amazing customer service. Had an issue with the delivery address but not through anyone’s fault the auto address finder doesn’t pick up my delivery address,but it was sorted ok. Sam was so helpful and quick to reply to me and answer my queries It was wonderful to have a phone call to make sure everything was ok too. The ring is absolutely stunning, it’s an engagement ring and my fiancée adores it. And the free items I received are absolutely gorgeous too. They are sending me some more free earrings too to match the ring. Would 100% recommend as the quality is incredible and the service is amazing too
