Ordered a 1000 Euro Eternity Ring for our First Anniversary. Angara's delivery policy requires a signature on delivery. Their delivery service UPS tracking information says that the order was delivered to my address. It's not here and I didn't sign for delivery. I originally bought my wife's engagement ring from them so I was happy to order from them again. On informing Angara Customer Service they promptly issued an investigation into my lost order and issued a full refund without delay.
