This was worn under completely standard, everyday conditions.When I contacted customer service, I was told the repair itself would be “free”, but we would be expected to cover £70 in shipping costs — which is clearly not just the cost of shipping alone.For a piece of jewellery at this price point, the quality and aftercare are completely unacceptable. If you value quality, durability, and decent customer service, I would strongly advise shopping elsewhere.
