I have used this company several times to buy jewellery for special occasions. The actual presentation of the jewellery and the way it looks is great. The purchase and delivery process is also good. Unfortunately, when issues arise with warranty claims it is a different story. We paid nearly $2000 for a sapphire ring for our daughters 21st and after about 18 months the stone fell out and was lost. Assuming it would be covered by the 'lifetime warranty' I got in touch and was told it was not covered by the policy. The actual clause states that "Wear and tear and lost or missing stones and parts of the jewellery due to inappropriate, improper or abnormal use of the product." They are clearly including 'wearing' the jewellery as inappropriate use as they would not honour the warranty. This was a gift that I was hoping would last her whole life not 19 months. The next daughter is 21 soon and we will buy her ring elsewhere. This occurred in December 2025.
