Very disappointed, I ordered fish from the online company on the 4/4/20, b4 Monday deadline for fish delivered that week, I got an email on the 5/4/20 telling me status updated to Processing, I emailed asking what day for delivery, email back saying that due to high order delivery of l live stock would be most likely to occur next week from the 14/4/20, nothing of this was on the website, but they were the only supplier with conga tetras and scissors tails so I agreed. I emailed again for date of delivery, they email on the 9/4/20 Your order should arrive on Thursday 16/4/20, next email on the 15/4/20 saying delivery was changed 17/4/20, then I got an email on the 16/4/20 saying the courier had to temporarily suspend the delivery 5-10 days, delivery 29/4/20, they didn't come till the 30th, bags were freezing, 3 fish were dead, 1 lasted an hour, they did not send my conga tetras, I sent 4 or 5 emails saying I want the fish and do not refund me the money as the only reason I ordered fish with them is because they had the fish I needed in stock, they did not answer me and just refunded me for the fish
