We have ordered coffee from Angelinos for several years. While we love the product - the variety of flavors and the quality, We have about reached the breaking point with the service. There is obviously an issue with their web site and addresses/shipping. As others have reported, since moving (2 years ago!), they keep shipping to the old address, despite having set the correct address at their site multiple times. Rather than making this right (i.e. sending a replacement shipment to the correct address), their customer service plays the blame game and points the finger at PayPal (my address is correct there and I use PayPal at numerous other places with no issues), and has even suggested that we go hunt down the wrongly delivered package! Not impressed with their lack of ownership with the address issue! All I can say is, enjoy the coffee, but don’t move!
