I purchased a black leather jacket, hoping to replace my old ones that I've outgrown after 20 years. Upon receiving it, I found the jacket to be soft but quite thin, so I hesitated to wear it often. After only 10-15 uses, the stitching is already coming undone. I haven't even had it a year, and it's barely worn. This does not reflect quality. I reached out for support, and they offered a gift card, but I won't be buying from this seller again due to the lack of quality and their failure to stand behind their product.
