The services themselves are good, which is why I am giving the extra star. However, customer support is essentially non-existent. I find it unacceptable to send emails with questions and never receive any response. Anyone interested in their services could be contacting them, yet as an existing customer, I receive no support whatsoever. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing.
