I've been relying on this service for about 10 years, and issues have been minimal. It has provided me with relief and peace of mind, especially when my daughter was younger and more prone to wandering. There were instances when I needed to verify her location, and instead of panicking, I simply opened the app and found her. Now that she's older, she still prefers to wear it for her comfort. It was particularly useful during a recent trip to a large city with friends. I highly recommend it, although it sometimes glitches in pinpointing her exact location. Charging can be tricky, but I've learned to reboot via the app. Keeping it near a window improves charging efficiency. We attach it discreetly to her pants leg, ensuring her classmates are unaware of it, and it doesn’t bother her at all. The upgrades since we first got it have been impressive!
