This has been a very frustrating experience. Communication was poor, and I had to reach out multiple times as my emails went unanswered. After collecting my package, they informed me they couldn't ship it due to a visa issue I had previously mentioned. Getting my package back has been a nightmare, and I'm still waiting for my refund without any response from the support team.
