I am extremely unhappy with the service provided. I had to call several times as my emails were ignored. After they picked up my package, they claimed they couldn't ship it due to a visa issue I had already mentioned. Retrieving my package has been a nightmare, and I'm still waiting for a refund without any response from the representative. This service needs serious improvement.
