The customer support is virtually non-existent and unhelpful. They refuse to handle straightforward tasks, even after the shipping service clarified that they could assist; however, as the recipient, I am unable to take action. I called three times, but the support representative would not reach out to the shipping service on my behalf. This experience has been incredibly frustrating.
