I was not informed about my flight cancellation that occurred months ahead of time, and I only found out the day before my flight by contacting customer service. The alternative flight they arranged was a 'standby' ticket, which I discovered at check-in. Due to overbooking and my standby status, my flight was not guaranteed. I was left stranded at the airport and attempted to reach customer service, but they provided no assistance. Furthermore, they allowed less baggage than what was stated in my original ticket, and they refuse to acknowledge this. I had to pay an additional fee for this, and they haven't issued a refund. Their customer service representatives struggled with communication, and I had to explain my situation multiple times at the airport. They also take a week to respond to emails and still haven’t resolved my issues. I would never recommend this airline; they are completely unreliable!
