Extremely poor experience—avoid this airline at all costs! We booked a flight weeks ago, and it was canceled without any prior notice—no email, no message, nothing. We only found out upon arriving at the airport. Now we are stuck, trying to find last-minute transport. We had also booked a tour at our destination, which we will now miss, losing both time and money due to the airline’s irresponsibility. Attempts to contact customer service were equally frustrating; one representative hung up on us, and others were unhelpful and rude. This has been one of the worst airline experiences we've ever had. Do not trust or book with this airline—they are utterly unreliable.
