I would give 0 if I could.Tried cancelling an order less than 24 hours after it was placed. I was pointed to a "policy" that any items cancelled after orders are being prepared for dispatch would be refunded only 75% of the original value. The website outlines no such policy and the rep I spoke with kept telling me this policy. No dispatch or tracking was available which leads me to believe that they were just unwilling to allow me to cancel the order. SCAMMERS. I was emailing "Emily" from the company and she was no help - generic copy/paste responses. I doubt Emily exists.I researched the company and they are showing more red flags than I can count. UK office, main office based in France, warehouse in China.Definite scammers. Yeah ok there may have been a few ok experiences but lets be honest - as someone who works in Ecommerce and receiving the sporadic responses from "Emily" that I did, the business model screams illegitimate. The shoes arrived today.They smell BAD.£100 for a pair of childs shoes with cheap print. £1 cheap Chinese basic trainers. The print on the shoes is dotty, unclear, extremely low quality. I am disappointed. My daughter is disappointed. After dealing with "Emily" and their business practices I am in no way inclined to contact them again or scramble with them for my money back. I urge people to not support this business and to buy elsewhere. If you can't get it elsewhere then I suggest to go without as the product and customer service you receive will be more disappointing that not having your desired product at all.
