I am usually extremely patient, even with delays and such, but enough is enough with these people.I've had two experiences that paint the picture with ADP. The first is a mismatched item which took two weeks to even get a reply, then when it got resolved and they accepted that I had been sent the wrong item, it had to be sent with the next order I placed instead.Fine. I finally got a reply, everything else got to me. I was going to buy something in the future anyway.I get it.Following this, I made an order and had to send them an email for an invoice since I was paying through paypal. Also asked them to add the missed item from last time to it.The email is now 3 weeks old with no reply and their online support never replied once after multiple attempts over multiple days during their supposed online office hours.No replies, no return emails except their automated response.Nothing.
