I ordered a large deskmat and it arrived to the US about 12 days after my order. I emailed support and Tom sent me the tracking number a few days later, once it was shipped out. When the deskmat arrived, the printed design was pixelated and the image was not as sharp as I expected. I sent pictures of the mat to Tom via email and he got a replacement for me right away. This one also took about 12 days to arrive. The new deskmat looks much better and I'm happy with the overall experience!
