I called today to inquire some very basic information about the Anker Solix f3000 double power hub. This device allows you to combine the output of two f3000 units to achieve a 240 volt output. This hub has two cables; each are used to connect the f3000 to the hub. My questions - how long are the cables? Does the hub itself have mounting holes, to enable mounting the hub to a wall?26 minute call, repeatedly put on hold, customer service rep spoke poor and halting English. She started describing the bidirectional smart plug - not even the product I was asking about. When asked about the length of the cable, I was told "376". Centimeters? Inches? Millimeters?A complete waste of time for two very basic questions. I had these items in my basket, ready to order, but now I am hesitant to do so. If they can't even answer basic questions, how are they going to do with complex ones? I was promised an email with answers in 24 to 48 hours; we shall see. Anker should be embarrassed that their customer service reps are unable to provide such basic, easy questions.UPDATE - called again, got an excellent rep who confirmed that the double voltage hub is not designed to be mounted but lays flat-- not a big deal. Length of the cables are still unknown, though. She did confirm that I will be getting an email with that information.Based on my second call, I'm going to upgrade the satisfaction number for my review from 2 to 4.
