I placed an order in mid November, after receiving my two pair of shorts a few weeks later, I realized that I made a mistake while ordering.I received two pairs of the same color shorts, which is definitely not what I wanted. I sent a email the next day to their customer service department and they responded that day. Within a few short weeks they sent me the correct pair of shorts that I originally wanted and also included a thank you note along with a 10 percent discount on my next order. I am truly amazed at their customer service and the quality of the shorts that I purchased.I will definitely be a returning customer.
