I am very disappointed with this so-called local company. Firstly, my jacket took three weeks to arrive instead of the promised 2-7 days. Learning that it shipped from overseas was frustrating, as I believed I was purchasing local. The jacket has no labels except for the size, which is odd. The zipper is incredibly rough and will likely be difficult to use. While the communication was frequent, it felt insincere. I will never order from this misleading local company again, especially if their products are sourced from overseas. It's truly disappointing.
