Completely unreliable! I fell for it just like many others. After several attempts to get in touch with the company, I received no replies. The tracking was useless, and then the supposed link vanished. A representative later contacted me, claiming my order was delayed due to high volume. What a lie! Finally, after 7 weeks, part of my order arrived without any packing slip or labels on the items. It's a complete joke! I won't be returning!
