I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. If I could rate them negatively, I would. I ordered a jacket that took a month to arrive, and I was unsure if it would ever come. When it finally did, it was two sizes too large, which led me to request a return. They suggested a 30% discount if I kept it, framing it as a concern for the environment, as if they would discard it. I have emailed them about seven times and received two responses with the same information. After I declined their offer and asked for a return address, I have not heard from them since. I plan to contact my credit card company tomorrow. This feels like a scam.
