I placed an order on Dec 12, 2025, and received an email on Dec 28 indicating it had shipped, along with a tracking number. However, when I tried to track it on the website, it said the number couldn't be found. I've sent three emails seeking updates but have received no replies. Based on others' reviews, it seems I may have been scammed too! Caution is advised!
