As a manufacturing company involved in new builds, we rely on our capital investments and have successfully received VAT repayments approved by the authorities. It's baffling why my funds are still being held. I believed they could only hold funds for up to 42 days without a court order, but this situation feels never-ending and seems to exploit small businesses. This has been a dreadful experience for our family-run company, and it seems both unreasonable and unfair. I cannot recommend this service to anyone; seek out a more trustworthy option and learn from my experience. Trusting this service is simply not worth it.
