Extremely frustrating experience. I provided a full UK driving licence and a Revolut bank statement as requested, only to be told the licence could not also be used as proof of address because it was used for ID. My bank statement was then rejected by their system without a clear explanation. Each time I complied with their requests, a new requirement appeared, resulting in unnecessary delays and repeated document submissions. It felt like a constant moving target with no clear guidance upfront. Very disappointing process and a significant waste of time.
