Annabel has really listened to my goals for the last four months - put together a routine that suits a busy gym, works around my 9-5 job and supports my training for the London Marathon! Honestly, the best deciscion I have ever made! Not only did Annabel help me with finding the right workouts and routines for me, but also she helped me finding my way back to the right nutrition. If you are anything like me and have no clue what to do in the gym solo or are fed up with seeing no progress then I would 100% recommend speaking to Annabel. The kindest, most professional online coaching there it. All the nutrition plans are so yummy and not just salads and boring "diet food". I actualy liked cooking again. The confidence I felt after a few of the gym sessions I had was unmatched. Annabel goes through everything so thoroughly and just keeps you positive while understanding life gets in the way.
