I did a lot of research before selecting a company. This company sounded sincere and I really liked the Cloud option. I always worry about loosing a flash drive. I really like that I can pay a monthly fee and not have to worry if I download them onto my computer and having it crash. Fast! I sent the box on a Sunday and had an email that items were ready in a few days. I sent a blank tape by mistake and they tried 3 times just to make sure it was blank. Good communication too!
The Heirloom staff was extremely knowledgeable and accessible! We are two “older folks” who cannot do technology very well and the Heirloom folks never made us feel stupid or hurried. The product was fabulous! Our memories are now safely saved and and easily shared. We cannot recommend Heirloom highly enough. Fantastic service. Wonderful people

I would appreciate Heirloom honoring this discount, as it does amount to a substantial amount.2. When I signed up for the service, I asked the specific question whether the files would be named in connection with the label on the VHS tapes, which was answered in the affirmative. I was disappointed to see that none of the files were labeled to match the VHS label.Other than those issues, the product is very solid and I look forward to the next set of old media to convert.Best regards,Jeff
