This is the 2nd apartment building we had gone thru with them, it was a bit frustrating with how long it took compared to the first deal. But they did deliver and closed on the property. Hopefully they address what they claim their staff was at fulll capacity. They still are trustworthy and unlike other lenders that they will drop the deal, Anngela Capital actually delivers amidst the difficult process in the city of SF. Again thank you Annroj and team!
