I had a series of four appointments to treat a running injury. I was given exercises to do with bands. The injury problem resolved so I guess I was given the right exercises and I did enough of them. They use a neat app that has your exercises on diagrams and a sort of cartoon video.
I have no other physio to compare against but my experience was good. The appointments are bang on time. Don't be late! The sessions were in a rented room in a GP practice that they had kitted out for physio. Makes sense ... keeps costs down.
