It was whole different level of living and being in present with oneself and body. Made me realise we are more than this body. Sir’s way of teaching is very effective and he explains the most difficult concept in simple terms. He lives with his words. I feel the greatest ability one could have is to heal others. Take them out of their darkest moments and he does so. Thank you for coming into my feed 😇
